And the Circus Music is a blarin'....

Soooo sorry for the delay.  We finally have internet (Casey decided to try to get the internet for free and it worked :) hahaha)!  So now I can update all of you guys as to the happenings of the Jones family.
After a week of..... let's call it moving Inferno, we got everything in, organized for what will work for now, and able to start work.  Work?!?!  I know right.  One week off to basically get all the sh*t we have (including all of the other sh*t we didn't know we have) organized and off to orientation at Yakima Valley Farm Workers I go.
No matter where you go, the first week always stinks.  The first day was shadowing which wasn't too bad at all.  One day in HR-which basically comes down to "insert-first-finger-into-right-nostril-and-pick" and sign here to say you were here to do so.  And then the next three days to learn how to chart in 3 different computer systems of which only 2 are linked.  Two of which you can only chart in CAPS ONLY, the other of which it looks weird if you do so nobody does.  It's true, no health care facility has a great computer program. The second week (last week) was soooo much better.  The staff there are amazing!  Super great to work with.  It is a non-profit organization, so it's really cool to work with all people, all ages, with a huge variety of things that we can offer to help them.  Every day gets even better.  And my current manager is amazing.  She put me in to interview for a charge nurse position, and is always on the look out for something more permanent for me other than my current per diem position.
Casey pretty much got thrown to the wolves in his job.  They are realllllllly behind on some parts.  So he's making people get organized so when he has to sign off on things, they are ready.  Not fun, but somebodys got to be the leader.  He'll be great at it.
Other than alllll of the not-so-fun stuff mentioned above, ~don't worry friends: I've drank a bit of wine, loved on the baby, started hot yoga, a little jogging here and there and have been so happy to have such a loving, amazing family to help us through such a crazy transition.
Miss K has started to crawl....fortunately just short distances for now....but she is very interested in pulling herself up to a stand.  And she is so proud of herself when she does :).  I have a feeling she is going to be a future trouble maker.  Last weekend she was beating up on her cousin Landon scratching at his face (which only made him laugh at her~such a sweet hearted boy) and stealing his binky.  She also got in trouble for the first time the other day.  She was grabbing for the cord that my electric toothbrush is plugged in with in the bathroom, and after telling her no a couple times, she still felt that she still needed to grab and pull it.  The third time telling her no got a few crocodile tears and a pouty lip out of her.  Ahhh, the wonders of disciplining a child are upon us.  Wonderful (I say that sarcastically).
Until next time.  Don't wreck your car (if your blessed to be in the white stuff), and bundle up, and may you find yourselves with the ones you love.
